Greetings from your 2d Cavalry Association.
The latest edition of the Thoroughbred is now available. A little later I will tell you how to get it.
First the great news that the final elements of the Regiment are back in Germany after completing a successful tour in Afghanistan.
The sad news is that two of our troopers (SSG Williams and CW2 Balli) gave the ultimate sacrifice during the deployment.
The Association is responsible for insuring that their sacrifice is not forgotten. That means that we are updating the monument in Vilseck to include their names. We are also sending a contingent of over 20 members to the ceremony on 22 May in Germany.
WE NEED YOUR FINANCIAL SUPPORT
TO UPDATE THE MONUMENT.
