More than a billion people volunteer worldwide, quarter of all Americans volunteer for something, baby boomers volunteer more than any other generation. According to Military Times Group, veterans are more likely than nonmilitary civilians to volunteer in their communities and interact with neighbors but often aren’t recognized for that involvement. While posttraumatic stress is most common narrative for veterans in the mind of civilians, it is not the most prevalent; volunteering is our most comon trait.
Each and every one of you has volunteered in the past, Remember Your Regiment, your Association need you now!
